Feb. 08. 2008. 12:18pm. 1000 block of Arch Street.This is the air conditioner outside the Troc, which is located on the 1000 block of Arch Street, in some peoples' opinions the Troc is not a very good venue in Philadelphia, and usually books really bad bands. Usually, bands that were popular among underground music, a couple of years ago. Plus, I played the Troc one time and it was horrible.
